Youth Leadership Camp

ATA will have our 2nd Annual Youth Leadership Development Program for males ages 12-18 on June 18,19,20. The theme for this year’s camp Is “Get in the Game.” We will have workshops on education, leadership, and civic engagement. There will be a major focus on STEAM to help students connect career opportunities and STEAM education. The program will present a case study scenario. The students will use the information from the workshops and to create a final presentation where students will present practical solutions to overcome the real-life case study scenarios. Participates will be divided into three teams Grizzles, Predators and Volunteers. Throughout the three days, the teams will gain points through games, activities, participation in classes and a final presentation. There will be an award ceremony to showcase final presentations and give out awards. Finally, ATA will have surveys for each workshop and the entire program to collect data for evaluations for future programming and funding opportunities.
